Randolph Breschini

I am an accomplished executive with 40 years of experience in global food production, supply chain, and agribusiness. I have lived and worked across the USA, Hawaii, Asia, South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa, with significant exposure to Latin America, the Middle East, and Australasia. I have held senior leadership roles including CEO, President, Group Managing Director, Division COO, General Manager, and Board Director in fully integrated and culturally diverse organizations. I began my career in strategy, finance, supply chain, operations, logistics, and manufacturing. I excel in complex environments by optimizing revenues, costs, and profits, and by building and motivating high-performing teams.

Handled 45-million boxes annually of bananas, pineapple, citrus, deciduous, vegetables, fresh-cut, and other tropical products sourced from the Philippines, Chile, California, South Africa, and New Zealand.  Distribution and sales in Japan, Korea, Greater China, Australasia, Southeast Asia, Pacific Russia, and the Middle East serving retail, foodservice, and industrial customers. Directed 12,000 hectares of company-owned plantations and third-party growers in the Philippines and New Zealand.  Reported to President & COO.

Responsible for the largest integrated tomato processing plant in the world and the largest plant of ConAgra Grocery Products’ 20-food plants. A $160 million, 1,200-hourly employee and 45-salaried employee operation at peak season, which processed annually 613,000 tons and produced 17-million cases of tomato-based products and 14-million gallons of tomato paste for markets world-wide.  Reported to SVP Manufacturing.

Added responsibility for all production and commercial businesses.  A $60 million cost center with 2,000-hourly and 250-salaried employees that annually processed more than 500,000 tons producing 12-million cases of pineapple-based products and 8 million gallons of pineapple concentrate for markets worldwide.  Reported to Vice President & General Manager Philippines.

Added responsibility for production, can manufacturing, transportation, and ocean-going tug and barge operations.  A $30 million cost center with 800-hourly and 35-salaried employees, which annually processed more than 225,000 tons producing 8-million cases of pineapple-based products and 4 million gallons of pineapple concentrate for markets worldwide.  Reported to Vice President & General Manager, Hawaii.
